A bold composition of texture, striking pattern, and refined contrast. Situated in leafy Caulfield North, this heritage-listed Art Deco home, has been thoughtfully transformed by NY Design to respect its architectural legacy while introducing a contemporary vibrancy.

Designed for a professional couple with a deep appreciation for quality design—and a bustling household of five young children, the brief was clear: a home that rejected monochrome convention, embraced color, and infused the spaces with personality. The result is a carefully curated palette, layered textures, and bespoke elements that celebrate both the home’s history and the family’s vibrant lifestyle. NY Design has delivered a space that is both timeless and expressive—a true reflection of the family who calls it home.
